At Midnight OG, we want our customers to have a positive experience with every order.
Because our products are consumable hemp-derived products, we generally do not accept returns of opened, used, or consumed products.
Eligible Refund Requests
Customers may contact us regarding a refund if:
- The wrong product was shipped;
- The order arrived damaged;
- The order was not received;
- There is an issue with the product that requires review; or
- Midnight OG cancels an order due to a compliance or shipping restriction.
Refund requests should include the customer’s order number and, when applicable, photographs or other information necessary for us to review the issue.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment, subject to our ability to process the cancellation.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If Midnight OG determines that an order cannot legally or compliantly be shipped to the customer’s jurisdiction, the order will be canceled and an appropriate refund will be issued.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Once a refund is processed, the time required for the funds to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
